Dr. Roberta Da Re has extensive experience successfully treating a wide variety of patients and enjoys challenging cases. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1996. That standard for excellence followed her to achieve comprehensive training in a wide variety of areas including rehabilitation, and exercise therapy. She has extended her achievements beyond chiropractic, also obtaining a certificate of Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Da Re uses evidence-based treatments combining a variety of techniques to create effective and customized treatment strategies for her patients.
Roberta has received several awards including the Chiropractic Foundation for Spinal Research Award for her work on the physical rehabilitation of low back pain. She also regularly evaluates the abilities of future chiropractors, acting as an examiner for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board's licensing examinations.
Upon graduation she moved to Italy where she operated her own clinic for 8 years before returning to practice in Canada. Working close to the Italian Alps afforded her the opportunity to merge her own love of outdoor sports with chiropractic. She has worked with patients to recover from a wide variety of problems from chronic pain to sports related injuries and over the years she has become well known for treating challenging musculoskeletal cases, particularly hand and upper limb injuries where other treatments have been unsuccessful. Remaining up to date with effective treatment methods is a top priority for her and she supplements her clinical expertise with continuing education.

Dr. Da Re listens attentively and approaches each patient thoughtfully and with a professional manner. She conducts detailed assessments of posture, movement, muscular, neurological and joint function to determine key issues that often cause pain and dysfunction. Using this approach she has worked successfully with a wide variety of patients from office workers to athletes. She provides evidence based treatments which may include gentle joint manipulation, mobilizations, a variety of soft tissue techniques, athletic taping, custom orthotics and contemporary acupuncture to help her patients achieve their functional and healthcare goals naturally. Home care, exercise, postural and ergonomic advice are also provided so patients may take an active role in their own health. Dr. Da Re strives to meet the individual needs of her patients and works towards improving their health as quickly as possible.
When not treating patients she remains very active in a wide variety of sports including swimming, cycling, snowboarding, skiing, rock climbing and yoga which gives her a unique perspective on the treatment of sports injuries.
Roberta is licensed by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Acupuncture Council of Ontario.
